Consultation/Interview with Member/Family by Eldercare Specialist When you select our Gold or Silver packages, you will have access to a more in-depth overview and consultation based on your current situation. Yes Yes No
Provider Search and BestMatchTM Report of Care Providers sent to Member/Family Once we understand your care needs in more detail, we will search our network of providers and provide a BestMatchTM Report for you. Yes Yes No
Review of Care Providers with Member/Family The BestMatchTM Report will be reviewed with you and/or a designated family member, once received, in order to assist you in making an informed provider choice. Yes Yes No
